This is the best of five that I've owned over the years. I hope it doesn't tear like so many of the others on the market do. Anal and vaginal openings *do* connect inside. It really should be longer by about 4 inches so that you don't pop out of the back hole. Other than those two short-comings it works very well! The feel is much improved over the ones ten years ago, feels almost like the real thing!
