Item came as advertised. Power is a little week and for some reason they made the sleave with a solid end where the vibrator stops about 1.8 inches before reaching the end of the inside of the sleave. Only problem with this is that with a bit of a week vibrator and the tip not going to the end of the sleave there is very little vibration near the tip of the sleave making it almost useless while using the sleave.
