I bought this because the description said it gyrates, which sounded pretty freaking awesome. It doesn't. It has a good powerful vibration, but its not really multi-speed. You can reach a low and high setting, but its liable to turn off when you get the dial far enough back to hit low. The material was soft, but it had a strong chemical scent that only lessened slightly with use and cleaning. I only use this two, maybe three times in the shower, and was very careful with it since the construction seemed cheap, and it broke. The base is very flimsy plastic. Honestly, you'll get your moneys worth just buying a vibe that's a bit more expensive since it'll last longer.
